Job Description

Provide risk management analyses through the implementation of hedging strategies, for determining pricing policies and strategies; Monitor investments post closing; Develop financial models to forecast capital requirements for clients; Manage sale of mortgage loans to the secondary market; Prepare financial reports based on financial analysis and forecasts in the mortgage industry, including price reconciliation reports, demographic reports, product analysis reports and regulatory reporting (HMDA, census track); Develop and maintain www.mypreferredloans.com as a single source for all information for loan officers, using Photoshop, Access and HTML.
