Job Description
The role of a Commercial Account Executive is to develop and expand WLO's existing relationships with mortgage brokers by promoting WLO's commercial mortgage products. We offer a very aggressive compensation plan, excellent benefits, and a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
Conduct outside sales calls to Mortgage Brokers that we are already doing business with to originate commercial loans and maintain Broker base.
Provide WLO Underwriting guidelines to ensure loans submitted are within company guidelines.
Effectively manage challenges during the loan qualification process.
Effective pipeline management.
Communicate and work closely with the Underwriting team to insure loan closings proceed as scheduled. Assist closing department in obtaining required documentation, when necessary.
Qualifications:
A demonstrated commitment to exceed customer expectations.
Minimum 1 year experience in wholesale commercial lending.
Established book of business in immediate area where position is located.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organization and time management skills required.
Bachelors Degree is highly recommended (in lieu of extensive work experience a successful track record may be accepted).
