Wholesale Lending Online (WLO) is a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in ALT-A & Non-Prime lending with over 25 years of well planned and successful growth. We continue to focus on the latest technology through web based interface applications developed to expedite the loan processing and tracking challenges, while cutting costs and passing the savings on to our clients.
We are currently looking for Wholesale Account Executives
Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
Conduct outside sales calls to Mortgage Brokers to originate ALT A loans and maintain existing Broker base.
Provide WLO Underwriting guidelines to ensure loans submitted are within company guidelines.
Train Mortgage Brokers on use of WLO Product discovery / Pricing engine and WLO Loan Submission requirements.
Effectively manage challenges during the loan qualification process.
Pipeline management. A weekly review with Regional Sales Manager is made of the pipeline.
Communicate and work closely with the Underwriting team to insure loan closings proceed as scheduled. Assist closing department in obtaining required documentation, when necessary.
Qualifications:
A demonstrated commitment to exceed customer expectations.
Minimum 1 year experience as a Wholesale Account Executive.
Established book of business in immediate area where position is located.
Knowledge of general ALT A, Expanded, Non-conforming, FNMA/FHLMC, and 2nd Mortgages criteria.
Proficient in automated Underwriting systems (general), and internet applications.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organization and time management skills required.
Bachelors Degree is highly recommended (in lieu of: extensive work experience and a successful track record may be accepted).
